Sky Vista can comfortably accommodate five guests in three bedrooms. The primary bedroom includes a queen-size bed, a spacious closet, and access to the patio. Bedroom 2 has a full-size bed and bedroom 3 features a cozy twin-size bed, and exterior access. The bathroom which is accessible from the living room area features modern fixtures, including a combination shower/tub.

Need to do some laundry? There’s a washer and dryer located in a closet on the patio.

Sky Vista’s modern kitchen has everything your inner chef desires, including gorgeous granite countertops, a double sink, and cabinets stocked with dishes and cookware. Appliances include an electric stove, oven, fridge, freezer, microwave, and dishwasher, and coffee maker.

The kitchen opens up to the dining and living area, where you’ll find a dining table with seats for four - and two more people can sit at the breakfast bar.

I loved the stay here. The space is easy, clean, and had everything I needed. Homestead Modern was very apt to reach out with every necessary detail for a comfortable and reliable stay. The plot of land is beautiful with a lot of indigenous plants and animals. the park is easy to access, there is a small market in walking distance and its very easy to navigate to 29 palms highway. However, this property on its own, is a wonderful place to stay in, unwind, and especially stargaze.

Convenient location w a great view. Homey. Perfect size space for me and my sister visiting Joshua tree. They have a very professional instructional doc w recommendations for things in the local area too! Everything was as described. We enjoyed the hot tub and grill and it was well kept. The price is quite high for the glamping vibe but we were comfortable and management was responsive when we reported the bug, dust and hair concentration where they resent the cleaners promptly. Wifi login issue also promptly responded and troubleshooted but I don’t recommend this be an office-away-from-home type of situation. The neighbors dogs bark loudly. Thankfully we’re heavy sleepers ;)

As always, Homestead Modern was a great host. This is one of their lower priced homes. Location is A+ unless you are coming for the national park. The home needs a bit more refurbishing but is clean and comfortable. Third bedroom isn’t great and there is a second bathroom which is currently unusable and locked. Closest neighbor is right next door which diminishes privacy. If you are on a budget, this is a good home.

This cute & cozy home HAS IT ALL. Several outdoor locations depending on your mood to enjoy ambiance with a desert landscape and a field of Joshua trees as far as the eye can see. You drive down a dirt road, you have neighbors but they are distant & you are pretty secluded for privacy. We enjoyed relaxing in the jacuzzi Friday night when we arrived, great way to start the vacation. It was the weekend of a fullmoon so it was difficult to stargaz as the moon was bold & bright with a cloudy haze, beautiful nonetheless. Saturday was cloudy, had a hunch the sky was going to be magical. Sun set to the left of the property, in the Morning the sun rose to the right of the property allowing breathtaking views. Communication was great, followed up quickly and was helpful. Sleeping in was a little difficult as the white curtains allowed lots of sunlight to enter the space, I suggest bringing a eye mask if this is a issue. Zero complaints other then adding black out curtains for those who want the option to sleep in, looking forward to returning & enjoying this place again. The value for this space is on point. If I can share my photos, I Will ?

A great getaway! Quiet, secluded, and close to Joshua Tree National Park. The house was well-stocked, very comfortable, and had more than enough room for us to spread out. Can’t describe the healing and peace I encountered while sitting in the hot tub, gazing at the stars amongst the Joshua Trees. Beautiful, remote spot. Wildlife was amazing! Bunnies, owls, roadrunner! This was a great location, with a well-stocked kitchen for basic cooking and the firepit + hot tub was perfect for late at night. The place isn't as quiet at night, with lots of neighborhood dogs barking constantly, but you can't hear it from inside the house, just outside. Eventually it just becomes background noise though, so wasn't a problem. Despite having neighbors, it is private in the backyard and felt very comfortable.

This was an amazing getaway from the city. Ambience was super boho and clean, kitchen was stocked, hot tub was clean, beds and couches were comfortable, fire pit and barbecue grill were easy to use and great! Some minor things like no hallway light, just a night light. The neighbor’s dogs were really loud the first night. Even though there were some bushes in between their house and the Airbnb, I still felt like there wasn’t complete privacy. But honestly, it was a wonderful stay and they even left me a bottle of tea and gummy bears as a bday gift. Very thoughtful!

Can't say enough about this place! Everything, and I mean everything, was exactly as advertised, if not better. The house was easy to get to off main roads and was just close enough to civilization should you need to grab anything during your stay. With the exception of a couple cars driving down the dirt road, we enjoyed a weekend of privacy with unlimited views. The place was immaculate and everything worked perfectly: hot tub at night was amazing, cooked amazing dinners using the grill, roasted smores from the fire pit, cooled down with AC inside. We couldn't get over how great and perfect our stay was. Ventured into the park which the entrance was literally 10min. away. Will definitely be returning!

I booked Sky Vista home the day I was leaving for Joshua Tree for a last minute getaway and I was not disappointed. The house is very cute and modern, comfortable and has all the things you would need to cook meals, indoors or outdoors. The house has a hot tub outside, perfect for night time and stargazing. Pets are allowed with a spacious backyard for them to roam and explore, it is not gated however, so if your pet isn’t leash trained then it will be a hassle and the house is near the road. I will definitely book my stay here again.

Sky Vista is perfectly clean, updated recently, with the basic amenities necessary to enjoy a stay in the privacy, and far out location of Yucca Valley. I most enjoyed the spacious feeling of the location with plenty of land surrounding the property -- including Joshua Trees on-site. All of their staff is helpful, and considerate. It's a good place to stay, if you're interested in being off-the-beaten path.

We had a wonderful stay at this location. You really feel away from it all staying here, particularly at night. Our top highlights were the outdoors - the patio is perfect for lounging with a book, eating dinner at the table, or watching the stars from the hot tub. We were there to work remote, and the wifi was definitely spotty - you couldn't really have reliable video calls without lags, as an FYI for anyone considering this. (We did ask Homestead about the quality in advance, and they were super upfront about the internet being via satellite and hence less reliable.) The location was a bit expensive for the quality of some of the amenities (e.g., cooking utensils, IKEA beds), but overall we really enjoyed it and would recommend to others. Homestead Modern's communication is super reliable and friendly; thanks for your great hospitality! Looking forward to returning soon.

This is a wonderful house! It is very spacious and comfortable. The kitchen is extremely well equipped. We enjoyed reading and working near the fireplace in the master bedroom. The backyard is fantastic with good seating, a hot tub and a fire pit. We enjoyed being in a remote mountain area but it does involve some driving to get to Joshua Tree and further areas of the park which we did every day. We cannot wait to return!

My husband and I sought out a place to celebrate our anniversary in these strange covid times and came up with Joshua Tree as it's very desolate and can be romantic. This place was the perfect backdrop for just that. The host went out of their way to bring us a little anniversary gift which was unexpected and very thoughtful!!! The house exceeded our expectations and even accommodated our dog because we ran into a last minute petsitter cancellation situation with our pup. All in all it was a lovely stay and the star gazing is beyond compare!!! We will definitely be making another trip to this very place for sure!

Very good! We can find everything we need inside the house. We can also enjoy a huge yard, with a natural gas fire pit and a hot tub. Nice location, very quiet at night and not far from Joshua Tree. Also, pet friendly is very important to us. They even prepared a god sheet for us. Highly recommend to others.

Wonderful location and very peaceful, could have stayed much longer than we did. The place was sparkling clean, which was reassuring. The heating/AC units in each room were very effective, the beds were comfortable, and the house felt like home. WiFi is patchy, which is to be expected from the location so we had issues to stream to the TV. Fortunately we had planned a few movies and downloaded to tablet in advance. Hot tub was delightful with a stunning view of sun or moon rise! We will certainly be returning to this beautiful home.

My family and I had a great time visiting this area! We wanted to get away from everyday life and relax and that’s exactly what we did. We explored the property, and watched the creatures each morning. The home was clean and had pretty much everything we needed. My daughter ended up locking herself out of her bedroom but property management came that same day to help us get back in. Thank you! We would definitely recommend.

We enjoyed our stay here. The views from the jacuzzi especially during sunrise were phenomenal! The house is very clean and the check-in process was a breeze. A cute little house in the desert. Sparkling clean, which was nice in COVID times. Other houses are far enough away that it's very private-feeling. It was so relaxing to sit in the hot tub or on the patio and look out at the surrounding desert. Some of the outdoor furniture was missing cushions so it wasn't the most comfortable, but the host said cushions have been ordered and will be replaced soon. The A/C worked great. We went into the national park (15 min to West gate + another 15 min to park trails/sights like Hidden Valley), Pioneertown (20 min), and even Palm Springs (45 min). It's also 10-15 min away from grocery stores and restaurants in Yucca Valley itself.

I loved the stay here. The space is easy, clean, and had everything I needed. Homestead Modern was very apt to reach out with every necessary detail for a comfortable and reliable stay. The plot of land is beautiful with a lot of indigenous plants and animals. the park is easy to access, there is a small market in walking distance and its very easy to navigate to 29 palms highway. However, this property on its own, is a wonderful place to stay in, unwind, and especially stargaze.

Convenient location w a great view. Homey. Perfect size space for me and my sister visiting Joshua tree. They have a very professional instructional doc w recommendations for things in the local area too! Everything was as described. We enjoyed the hot tub and grill and it was well kept. The price is quite high for the glamping vibe but we were comfortable and management was responsive when we reported the bug, dust and hair concentration where they resent the cleaners promptly. Wifi login issue also promptly responded and troubleshooted but I don’t recommend this be an office-away-from-home type of situation. The neighbors dogs bark loudly. Thankfully we’re heavy sleepers ;)

As always, Homestead Modern was a great host. This is one of their lower priced homes. Location is A+ unless you are coming for the national park. The home needs a bit more refurbishing but is clean and comfortable. Third bedroom isn’t great and there is a second bathroom which is currently unusable and locked. Closest neighbor is right next door which diminishes privacy. If you are on a budget, this is a good home.

This place was exactly what I was looking for. It felt like we were in the middle of nowhere, with expansive desert around us and a blanket of stars above us. But it was also very close to town so life and culture was there when we needed it. A beautiful place with a beautiful patio and a great jacuzzi! Highly recommend.

This cute & cozy home HAS IT ALL. Several outdoor locations depending on your mood to enjoy ambiance with a desert landscape and a field of Joshua trees as far as the eye can see. You drive down a dirt road, you have neighbors but they are distant & you are pretty secluded for privacy. We enjoyed relaxing in the jacuzzi Friday night when we arrived, great way to start the vacation. It was the weekend of a fullmoon so it was difficult to stargaz as the moon was bold & bright with a cloudy haze, beautiful nonetheless. Saturday was cloudy, had a hunch the sky was going to be magical. Sun set to the left of the property, in the Morning the sun rose to the right of the property allowing breathtaking views. Communication was great, followed up quickly and was helpful. Sleeping in was a little difficult as the white curtains allowed lots of sunlight to enter the space, I suggest bringing a eye mask if this is a issue. Zero complaints other then adding black out curtains for those who want the option to sleep in, looking forward to returning & enjoying this place again. The value for this space is on point. If I can share my photos, I Will ?

A great getaway! Quiet, secluded, and close to Joshua Tree National Park. The house was well-stocked, very comfortable, and had more than enough room for us to spread out. A great way to unplug, and even played with some of the games and toys. It was quite peaceful to walk the property and stargaze. We took some amazing sunset and sunrise photos. Would definitely stay here again!

Can’t describe the healing and peace I encountered while sitting in the hot tub, gazing at the stars amongst the Joshua Trees. Beautiful, remote spot. Wildlife was amazing! Bunnies, owls, roadrunner! It's relatively private and remote, there is a neighbor within earshot but barely heard anything other than their dog a couple times. Hot tub was great and super clean!

This was a great location, with a well-stocked kitchen for basic cooking and the firepit + hot tub was perfect for late at night. The place isn't as quiet at night, with lots of neighborhood dogs barking constantly, but you can't hear it from inside the house, just outside. Eventually it just becomes background noise though, so wasn't a problem. Despite having neighbors, it is private in the backyard and felt very comfortable.

This was an amazing getaway from the city. Ambience was super boho and clean, kitchen was stocked, hot tub was clean, beds and couches were comfortable, fire pit and barbecue grill were easy to use and great! Some minor things like no hallway light, just a night light. The neighbor’s dogs were really loud the first night. Even though there were some bushes in between their house and the Airbnb, I still felt like there wasn’t complete privacy. But honestly, it was a wonderful stay and they even left me a bottle of tea and gummy bears as a bday gift. Very thoughtful!

Can't say enough about this place! Everything, and I mean everything, was exactly as advertised, if not better. The house was easy to get to off main roads and was just close enough to civilization should you need to grab anything during your stay. With the exception of a couple cars driving down the dirt road, we enjoyed a weekend of privacy with unlimited views. The place was immaculate and everything worked perfectly: hot tub at night was amazing, cooked amazing dinners using the grill, roasted smores from the fire pit, cooled down with AC inside. We couldn't get over how great and perfect our stay was. Ventured into the park which the entrance was literally 10min. away. Will definitely be returning!

This was a perfect getaway. Check in was super easy. Location was isolated enough but not in the complete middle of nowhere. The place was clean and well-maintained. It was nice being able to just read, relax, and write while breaking things up with a cooked meal on the grill, a dip in the hot tub, and a drink by the fire pit. Really great experience. I booked Sky Vista home the day I was leaving for Joshua Tree for a last minute getaway and I was not disappointed. The house is very cute and modern, comfortable and has all the things you would need to cook meals, indoors or outdoors. The house has a hot tub outside, perfect for night time and stargazing. Pets are allowed with a spacious backyard for them to roam and explore, it is not gated however, so if your pet isn’t leash trained then it will be a hassle and the house is near the road. I will definitely book my stay here again.
